Vitall Sport Challenger 3: Tournament Preview

The first event of the week on the Challenger Tour this week comes from Bielsko-Biala in Poland, with the Vitall Sport Challenger 3 being held at Enjoy Squash from Wednesday 7 to Thursday 8 July.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Challenger 3 level tournament is being run with only domestic entries involved, with just two foreign players in action, in Israel’s Daniel Poleshchuk and Irishman Eddie Mcfarlane, who both live in the country.

Enjoy Squash will host a Challenger Tour event for the fourth time in 2021, following the Expression Networks Enjoy Open in January, and then the two R.D.I. Polska Enjoy Open Challenger 3’s over the last couple of months.

Once again, Polish No.1 Filip Jarota will be the top seed for the tournament but the in-form man is Daniel Poleshchuk, with the Israeli having won the two R.D.I. events at the same venue.
