Teh Min Jie defeats friend Arnold in Malaysian Squash Tour VII final

Teh Min Jie beat local rival and close friend Rachel Arnold to clinch the Women’s event at the Malaysian Squash Tour VII.

The Malaysian pair served up a classic encounter before Teh emerged the victor, winning 11/7, 7/11,11/9, 9/11,11/5 in 61 minutes.

Arnold served up too many unforced errors to fall behind in the opening game but stormed back to take the next two. However Teh regained control to emerge the winner.

In the Men’s final, Spain’s Iker Pajeras took just 38 minutes to see off the challenge of second seeded Chi Him Wong from Hong Kong, winning 11/5, 14/11,11/4.
