QTerminals Qatar Classic: How To Watch Day One Live

4 September 2022

The first Platinum level event of the 2022-2023 PSA World Tour season is upon us, with the QTerminals Qatar Classic kicking off at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha on Sunday afternoon.

There will be 16 matches in total on the opening day, with eight of those taking place on the all-glass centre court, with the other eight being played on the traditional side courts in the afternoon session. All of the action from the glass court and Court 1 will be LIVE on SQUASHTV.

Three home hopes will be in action on the first day, and all three will feature on the glass court. Syed Azlan Amjad, one of two wildcards for the competition, will kick things off at 12:00 (GMT+3) against Frenchman Mathieu Castagnet.

Abdulrahman Al-Malki will take on Shahjahan Khan, while Qatari No.1 and home favourite Abdulla Mohd Al Tamimi will be in action in the final match of the day, wrapping up the day’s play in his contest with India’s Ramit Tandon.

A quarter of Englishmen will be in action in the side court matches, with George Parker, Adrian Waller, Patrick Rooney and Nathan Lake all in action, while Declan James will feature on the glass court against Frenchman Baptiste Masotti.
