Bangabandu Ispahani Squash Tournament: Tournament Preview

The first event of the week on the PSA Challenger Tour will be the Bangabandu Ispahani Squash Tournament, which will take place at the Gulshan Club in Dhaka, Bangaladesh from Wednesday 20 October.

The Challenger 5 level tournament features a men’s draw with 24 players aiming for glory come Sunday evening in Dhaka, with a line-up full of Asian players, from both South East Asia and the Middle East.

India’s Abhishek Agarwal will be the top seed for the event, with the World No.151 facing competition from Pakistan’s Noor Zaman and Muhammad Farhan Hashmi and Egypt’s Yassin Elshafei.

Iran’s Sepehr Etemadpoor and Sahand Kabiri, and United Arab Emirates’ Muhammad Sami Ullah will also be in action, along with three Bangladeshi players on home soil, in Faiaz Rahman, MD Shumon and Runny Debnath.
