Signature Shots: Amr Shabana – The Wrist Breaker

The next player to feature in our Signature Shots collection is ‘the Maestro’, Amr Shabana. The left-hander was famous for his shot-making, but the “Wrist Breaker” was the best of the lot.

The Egyptian won the World Open four times, claiming victories in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2009, with this shot being a staple part of his gameplan, as he also went on to become World No.1 in 2006.
