Enora Villard is another member of the French contingent inside the top 50 in the World Rankings.

She made her debut on Tour back in 2011, but had to wait almost five years before she even reached the quarter-final of an event, doing so at the Sekisui Open in 2016. After that, last eight appearances came thick and fast.

She reached her first final a year later, but lost out to Elani Landman in the final of The Masters School Open in New York. She also finished runner-up at the Val de Marne that year before taking her first win on Tour in 2018, seven years after her debut. Villard won the first event on he Malaysian Squash Tour, in what was her first appearance of the calendar year.

Following that victory, she started to climb the World Rankings, and played in the Women’s World Championships for the first time in Chicago in 2018-2019. Later that year, she took her second victory, winning the Open International des Volcans.

Villard also made the last eight of the Cannon Kirk Irish Squash Open, Annecy Rose Open, Edinburgh Sports Club Open, Monte Carlo Squash Classic and the Nash Cup, all big events on the Challenger Tour.

She broke into the top 50 in he World Rankings in the summer of 2020, and her first event of 2021 saw her reach the semi-finals of the PSA Squash95 in Paris. She reached the same stage of the Le Havre PSA Challenger later that month, before then making back-to-back finals. Villard lost out in the final of the Swiss Open, but was able to secure her third PSA Tour crown with a win at the Open des Bretzels, beating Hungarian No.1 Hannah Chukwu in the final.

The Frenchwoman then made it into the second round of a Platinum event for the first time, achieving that mark at the El Gouna International Squash Open. She then ended her year with a last 16 result at the Czech Open, and a quarter final finish at the Sportwerk Women's Open.

Villard started 2022 with a last 16 finish at the Cleveland Classic, before also making that stage of the Karachi Open Squash Championships. A quarter final appearance came on home soil at the Annecy Rose Open, before she finished the season with a semi-final result at the RMCLUB Women’s Open presented by Expression Networks.

The Frenchwoman then started the 2022-2023 season on home soil at the Open de France de Squash, making it to the last 16. She then finished the year by making the same stage of the Grasshopper Cup, losing out to eventual finalist Hania El Hammamy.

Villard started 2023 with a quarter final result at the Expression Networks BVAC Women’s Open, before making the last 16 of the Cannon Kirk Gillen Markets Irish Squash Open. She finished the 2022-2023 campaign with a second round appearance at the El Gouna International.
