The nephew of Pakistan legend Jahangir Khan, Danish Atlas Khan won his first PSA World Tour title at the Persian Gulf Cup in 2011 and followed that up with two more consecutive titles.
He secured his fifth title at the First Insurance Squash Open in October 2013 before he bested his brother Aamir Atlas Khan a year later, reclaiming the Persian Gulf Cup title.
That win contributed to his elevation into the world's top 70 players and he followed that up by beating Pakistan No.1 Nasir Iqbal in the final of the Pakistan International Squash Circuit II In August of that year.
Iqbal gained revenge however in the final of the CNS International Squash Championship in April 2015.
Khan had a successful end to 2015 though with victory in the Chicago Open.
