Campbell Grayson has been prolific in recent years and has racked up an impressive number of PSA World Tour titles.

He made his debut on the PSA World Tour in 2003 but captured his first title five years at the North Island Open before claiming his second crown on home-soil against compatriot Martin Knight in the final of the NZ Men's Classic the following year.

The Powerade Open and the Victoria Open titles came next for Grayson who captured his fifth PSA World Tour at the Saskatoon Boast in 2012. After two further further titles in 2013, Grayson competed in the 2014 U.S. Pro Squash Series in which he triumphed after a number of fine performances, including his Las Vegas Open crown in May 2014.

He made further waves in 2015's iteration of the series as he retained the Vegas Open without dropping a game before reaching two semi-finals in the latter stages of the year. Another title came for Grayson in 2016, this time at the Qualico Maintoba Open where he beat Nathan Lake in the final to seal his 10th PSA World Tour title.

A few months later he fell marginally short of winning the Australian Open, as Abdulla Mohd Al Tamimi clinched the title. However, a few months later Grayon went onto lift the Life Time Chicago Open, where he beat Greg Lobban in the final.

The New Zealander then reached the quarters of the Suburban Collection Motor City Open, and followed that up with a semi final appearance in both the Canada Cup and the Montreal Open in 2018. Grayson then reached the final of the Manitoba Open, but was beaten by Nafiizwan Adnan. His next appearance in the last eight of a tournament came at the Walker & Dunlop/Hussain Family Chicago Open later that year.

The Kiwi then had a slight dip in form, only managing to make the last 16 of the Pittsburgh Open and Canada Cup for the first two thirds of the 2018-19 campaign.

However, from there, he finished runner-up at the Crawford Fund Management LLC Open, before winning two of his next three events. Grayson took the titles at the Cannon Kirk Irish Open and the Northwestern Mutual Life Time Houston Open, which started his 2019-20 season off with a bang.
