Pittsburgh Open – Day Two: How to watch live

Day two of the Pittsburgh Open will see the eight winners from round one square off against the top eight seeds, who get their campaigns underway today. The action is again split across two courts at the Rivers Club in Pittsburgh, with action from both courts available to watch live on SQUASHTV.

On court 2, play starts at 16:00 (GMT-5) with home favourite Andrew Douglas taking on talented Egyptian Youssef Ibrahim. The Egyptian possesses great skill at the front of the court, but can Douglas thrive off the home support to cause an upset?

Three England vs Egypt clashes are then set to take place as top seed Karim Abdel Gawad returns from injury for the first time since the Hong Kong Open to face George Parker. Aly Hussein takes on No.2 seed Marwan Elshorgaby in the following match, looking to perform strongly agains the World No.10. No.3 seed Youssef Soliman rounds off the action on court 2 as he takes on Simon Herbert.

Order of play: Court 2

Over on court 3, the 5/8 seeds are all in action as they look to secure places in the quarter finals. Leading USA player in the event Faraz Khan is up first as he takes on entertaining Indian Velevan Senthilkumar. England’s No.5 seed Adrian Waller is the next seed onto court as he faces Colombia’s Juan Camilo Vargas. The Prague based Colombian is more than capable of scoring upsets on his day and will be hoping for a strong performance to earn a quarter final spot.

France’s Sebastien Bonmalais is the only Frenchman in the last 16 and will be hoping to fly the flag further in the draw as he faces Malaysia’s Addeen Idrakie. The final match of the evening’s play will be between Switzerland’s Yannick Wilhelmi and Cesar Salazar.
