Gilis and Wall Named PSA Challenger Tour Players Of The Month

Belgium's Tinne Gilis and England's Nick Wall have been named the PSA Challenger Tour Players Of The Month for April.

Gilis, who this month reached her highest career ranking of World No.13, captured two PSA Challenger Tour titles in April.

In the Annecy Rose Open (30), No.3 seed Gilis beat her sister and top seed Nele Gilis in the final to win her first title since 2017.

This was followed by a Cannon Kirk Irish Squash Open (30) win, with No.2 seed Gilis beating top seed Emily Whitlock in the final.

Wall, meanwhile, picked up impressive wins at the Oxford Properties Canadian Open – Presented by AirSprint Private Aviation (10) as No.4 seed and the Qualico Manitoba Open(10) as No.2 seed.

The win in Manitoba, which Wall earned after beating compatriot Tom Walsh 3-0 in the final, meant Wall took a tour-leading seventh title of the season.
