France’s Victor Crouin Breaks Into World’s Top 10 For The First Time In Latest Rankings

Fresh off his victory at the Open De France on Saturday, French No.1 Victor Crouin has earned himself a spot in the World’s top 10 for the first time in his career.

Crouin defeated World No.9 Marwan ElShorbagy in a very close final to claim the biggest title of his career and after his incredible run to the QTerminals Qatar Classic final, the Frenchman is well deserving of a top 10 position.

Further down the top 20 list, India’s Open De France semi-finalist Saurav Ghosal has moved up a position to 17 overtaking Switzerland’s Nicolas Mueller. Also, France’s Auguste Dussourd has moved up four places after reaching the semi-final in Nantes as he now sits at No.39, just one place behind his highest ever position.

England’s Nathan Lake also picked up the biggest title of his career last week as he claimed the Nash Cup Challenger 20 event. Beating compatriot Curtis Malik in the final has helped the Englishman reach a highest ranking of World No.33 this week.
