Belgium’s Tinne Gilis Withdraws From Upcoming Cleveland Classic

Belgium’s World No.12 Tinne Gilis has been forced to withdraw from the upcoming Cleveland Classic due to an ongoing knee injury.

Gilis was the No.7 seed for the event but that seeding has now gone to Wales’ Tesni Evans with England’s Georgina Kennedy moving up to become the No.8 seed.

France’s Melissa Alves moves up a place to become a 9/16 seed and will play Malaysia’s Aifa Azman. Whilst England’s Lucy Beecroft enters the draw to face Wales’ Emily Whitlock in round one.

Action from the early rounds of the tournament will be shown live on the PSA World Tour website for free, with the semi-finals and finals being streamed live on SQUASHTV.
