The quarter-finals of the U.S. Open concludes today, with the bottom half of the draw coming up from the Arlen Specter US Squash Center in Philadelphia.

Sabrina Sobhy, who stunned World No.2 Hania El Hammamy in the previous round, will be aiming to continue her impressive streak on home soil when she takes on New Zealand’s Joelle King for a place in the semi-finals.

The tournament’s No.2 seed Nour El Sherbini faces her Egyptian compatriot Salma Hany in the last quarter-final tie in the women’s draw.

In the men’s draw, Diego Elias and Joel Makin lock horns, while World No.1 Paul Coll goes up against World No.5 Mohamed ElShorbagy for a spot in the last four.
