29 August 2023

We’re down to the last 16 in the first Platinum event of the 2023-24 PSA World Tour season – the Paris Squash – today in France as eight matches will see 16 players from the top half of both draws battle for quarter final spots.

Play will start at 12:00 (GMT+2) with all matches now on the glass court at Palais de Tokyo and will be shown live on SQUASHTV.

Ten different nations will be represented on day three in Paris, starting with Malaysia’s Rachel Arnold looking to scalp World No.4 and New Zealand No.1 Joelle King. New Zealand will also be reprinted later in the day as Men’s No.1 Paul Coll will take on India’s Saurav Ghosal after bot players came through tricky encounters in round two.

Top seeds Nouran Gohar and Ali Farag will also be in action on day three as they take on USA’s Olivia Fiechter and Scotland’s Greg Lobban, respectively. Farag has only lost one match on the PSA World Tour since March, one win coming against today’s opponent Lobban 3-2.

The French crowd will have to wait until the final match of the day to cheer on one of their players however as Men’s No.1 Victor Crouin will take on England’s Adrian Waller for a spot in the quarter finals.
