Amanda Sobhy v Salma Hany
The decider for the Women’s Squash Open pits the tournament’s top two seeds against each other.
Tonight’s clash will be the tenth time top seed Amanda Sobhy will have met Salma Hany, and the former has won all nine of the previous encounters.
Sobhy has been impressive on the way to the final having not dropped a single game so far. The USA’s No.1 saw off Mille Tomlinson, home favourite Hollie Naughton and her sister Sabrina to book her place in the final.
No.2 seed Hany also has a 100 per cent record heading into tonight’s clash, with the Egyptian dispatching Katie Malliff, Emily Whitlock and Olivia Clyne on her path to the decider.
Will Sobhy make it ten wins in a row to take the title or will Hany break the streak with her maiden victory against the American?
