Order of play:

Nouran Gohar v Olivia Weaver

Training partners, Nouran Gohar and Olivia Weaver will meet for the ninth time tonight in the women’s final. The head-to-head record doesn’t read well for the American as she is yet to claim a win over ‘The Terminator’. The USA No.2 has been in fine form this event, looking incredibly focused in all her matches, none more so than her semi-final win over Tinne Gilis last night. Playing the bets squash of her life, could this be the moment that Weaver claims her first win over Gohar in her first ever Gold event final.

Ali Farag v Mostafa Asal

In the men’s final, an all-Egyptian clash is sure to entertain the Black Ball crowd as Ali Farag bids to win his 40th PSA event and seventh of the season. Farag has been in great form all season, losing out only to Paul Coll in three finals. He’ll be determined to bounce back strongly and get back to winning ways as more big events draw nearer.

Mostafa Asal came through an entertaining clash with Karim Abdel Gawad in last night’s semi-finals. The young Egyptian will be hoping that the match hasn’t taken too much out of him physically as he will need to be on top form to defeat the runaway World No.1. Something that Asal has done four times on the PSA World Tour already.
