SRAM PSA 5: Tournament Preview

The first event of the week on the Challenger Tour is the SRAM PSA 5, a Challenger 10 level tournament which will take place at the National Squash Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament is being run with domestic restrictions, meaning only those currently based in Malaysia have been permitted to participate.

The event, which starts on Tuesday 28 September, will see World No.49 Ivan Yuen as the leading player in the men’s field. His nearest competitors will be Darren Rahul Pragasam and Ong Sai Hung.

Aifa Azman will be the top seed in the women’s draw, with sisters Aifa and Aira also amongst the top eight seeds for the tournament. Ooh Kah Yan and Chan Yiwen will be the closest contenders for the title.
