Moscow Challenger 3: Tournament Preview

28 May 2021

Along with events in New Zealand, Australia and Poland, the Challenger Tour is also on show in Russia this weekend, with the Tour visiting the nation for the first time in 2021.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the event is restricted to domestic-only entrants. 15 of the 16-strong draw hail from Russia, with Kazakhstan’s Kairat Baidauletov being the only foreign player in the event.

The men’s Challenger 3 tournament will see World No.209 Vladislav Titov as the top seed, with five juniors among the top eight seeds, in Makar Esin, Petr Smekhov, Mikhail Skurikhin, Alexander Beloborodov and Igor Sivkov.

The event takes place from Saturday 29 to Sunday 30 May at the Squash Club Moscow. Follow the PSA Challenger Tour on Twitter and Facebook for daily updates from the event.
