CIB Egyptian Open 2024 – Day Two: How to Watch Live

The first major event of the 2024/25 PSA Squash Tour season continues tomorrow as the CIB Egyptian Open reaches round two with the top seeds entering the fray to face the round one winners.

Both top seeds Ali Farag and Nour ElSherbini will feature on court 7 as they take on Curtis Malik and Sabrina Sobhy, respectively. Court 7 will also see the return of USA icon Amanda Sobhy as she takes on Malaysia’s Rachel Arnold, followed by the ever-improving World Junior Champion Mohamad Zakaria who takes on French No.1 Victor Crouin for a spot in round three.

Another junior who has been impressing during this event is Egypt’s Barb Sameh. The 17-year-old defeated Hong Kong, China’s Tomato Ho after successfully coming through the qualification but now takes on World No.2 and reigning World Champion Nouran Gohar at 17:30 on court 8.

Two blockbuster clashes are set in the men’s draw as World No.3 Mostafa Asal opens his campaign against spirited Welshman Joel Makin. That match is scheduled to take place at 16:45 on court 4. At the same time over on court 6, former World Champion Karim Abdel Gawad will take on the always-dangerous Marwan Elshorbagy.

All four traditional courts will be shown live on SQUASHTV from 12:00 (GMT+3) as 32 matches are set to played, with the final matches slated to start at 18:15.
