City Tattersalls Group Australian Open 2024 – Day Two: How To Watch Live

The City Tattersalls Group Australian Open 2024 continues today, with the seeds entering the draw for the second-round of the PSA World Tour Bronze-level event.

Action from the University of Sydney commences at 15:00 (GMT+11), with both courts streamed live on SQUASHTV.

Just two Australian players remain in the draw after the first day of play, with Jessica Turnbull playing in the first match on Court 3 against No.5 seed Sana Ibrahim, and Sarah Cardwell taking on No.8 seed Marie Stephan later in the day.

Elsewhere in the women’s draw, Malaysian sisters Aira and Aifa Azman will square off in what could be a highly entertaining encounter on Court 1, while Hong Kong’s Cheng Nga Ching Sara will look to build upon her impressive five-game comeback from Round 1 when taking on No.3 seed Rachel Arnold. Top seed for the event, Salma Hany, also enters the draw today as she takes on India’s Akanksha Salunkhe, while recent Squash On Fire Open champion Amina Orfi will look to navigate her way past Egyptian compatriot Haya Ali.

In the men’s draw, 2019 Australian Open champion Victor Crouin gets his campaign underway against fellow Frenchman Toufik Mekhalfi. No.2 seed Youssef Soliman, meanwhile, will take to the court against Tang Ming Hong – who will be one of eight Hong Kong players in action on day two in Sydney.

Second-round action will be wrapped up with two well-poised men’s matches, with No.7 seed Leung Chi Hin Henry facing Spencer Lovejoy on Court 1, and No.3 seed Sebastien Bonmalais going up against Pakistan’s Noor Zaman.
