British National Championships: Day Two: Preview & How To Watch Live

After yesterday’s qualifying round, it’s time for round one of the British National Championships 2023 at St George’s Hill.

There’s a full day of action on the glass court and the traditional court, with each court hosting eight matches. You can watch the glass court action on SQUASHTV, whilst play from Court 1 will be available to watch on the British Nationals website.

Play begins at 13:00 (BST) with No.3 seed and three-time British National Champion Sarah-Jane Perry taking on English compatriot Alicia Mead in the first glass court match, while No.5 seed Nick Wall faces qualifier Miles Jenkins on Court 1.

Top seeds Mohamed ElShorbagy and Georgina Kennedy of England enter the fray today, too. ElShorbagy, who last year beat Wales’ Joel Makin 3-0 in the final, is up against Finnlay Withington, while Kennedy, who is chasing a first British National Championship title, plays Welsh qualifier Lowri Roberts.
