The Professional Squash Association (PSA) is the global governing body responsible for the administration of the men’s and women’s professional squash tour around the world. With a team of 40+ based in Leeds City Centre, the PSA is responsible for the organisation and delivery of world squash. Some of our team regularly travel to support events, while some are based in the office in Leeds. Whatever part they play, every team member is vital to our success.

The PSA
The membership organisation responsible for the World Tour and PSA World rankings. Being the majority shareholder in Squash Media & Marketing Limited, we can reinvest profits into growing the tour for our players.
Squash Media & Marketing
The commercial arm of the PSA created to accelerate growth in professional squash, providing tournaments with a broadcasting service, operating media and marketing platforms and forming quality partnerships with like-minded brands.
PSA Foundation
Our charitable arm uses the World Tour to leverage growth and unity in squash communities, provides playing opportunities in underfunded communities and helps squash programmes contribute to the development of the sport.

With over 200 tournaments worldwide and around 1,400 registered professional squash players on the Tour, this department requires exceptional organisation skills and an eye for detail. Collaborating with a range of stakeholders across the squash world to assist with the smooth running of tournaments and showcasing world class professional squash is a snapshot of what is involved. Liaising with players to provide a first-class service and continuously looking to improve the PSA World Tour is just some of what you can expect to be involved with.
The logistics of putting on a televised event is no mean feat – from the build of the court, construction of a temporary arena, broadcast setup and ticketing management, this is the daily challenge for the Operations team. You will be working with local organising committees around the world to ensure their event meets the standards of the PSA World Tour and be part of the team to deliver PSA owned events in unique locations. You can expect to learn about broadcast schedules, betting rights, event logistics and travel operations in this varied department.
Travelling the world as part of an on-site live-broadcast team, the SQUASHTV crew are responsible delivering live-streams and feeds from events to supply our own OTT platform as well as TV Broadcast Partners. Working from some of the most eye-catching locations in the world of sport, the SQUASHTV teams responsibilities range from rigging and de-rigging, through to package editing to directing live broadcasts.
Our Content Team, comprising of photographers, videographers and graphic designers, are responsible for visual look and feel squash – both in and out of a live broadcast setting. From player photoshoots, to feature productions and documentary film-making, our Content Team promote and showcase the sport and the athletes across every platform. No two days are the same within this team!
Our Digital team are responsible for reaching the digital ambitions and revenue goals of the PSA Group. The dedicated team spend their time enhancing, expanding and monetising all our digital platforms and deriving greater value from the sport’s ever-increasing global fanbase. Expect a fast-paced working environment and to work with key stakeholders within the business.
From our match coverage to our feature content across our different platforms, we aim to keep our fans engaged and showcase our sport and players. Our team frequently travel to our tournament locations to provide media coverage of our best tournaments across our website, email, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms using analytics to drive engagement.
From supporting grassroots projects, aiding opportunities to play squash in underprivileged areas, to professional player welfare and wellbeing, you would be part of team that coordinates the Foundation projects, fundraising, highlighting current sporting issues, working with other squash communities and projects to broaden the opportunities to play through to choosing squash as a sustainable career.
Responsible for scaling the revenues generated by the PSA Group, our Partnerships team holds lots of exciting opportunities to work with brands inside and out of the world of squash. This team covers commercial partnerships with brands, media organisations, government institutions, sponsors and other key stakeholders within the squash community.
Looking after the money in a worldwide organisation is no easy feat but this is a growing department dedicated and passionate about ensuring the PSA Group’s financial stability, providing value for money for our membership and shoring up a legacy for the future of squash.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accountant role will be to run the PSA’s accounting function and to provide overall support with the running of the Finance Department. In addition to preparing management accounts and other internal management reporting, the role will include sales, purchase and expenses capture, supporting the PSA’s tour, events and operations functions, staff management and various ad-hoc projects.
