New Zealand Open 2022 – Day One: How To Watch Live

The Barfoot & Thompson New Zealand Open 2022 & Robertson Lodges New Zealand Open 2022 both get underway today from Tauranga, New Zealand. Following the completion of the Nations Cup, two Silver level events will take place from the Bay of Plenty, running from November 8-13 at the Trustpower Baypark Arena and the Devoy Squash & Fitness Centre.

Both wildcards Lwamba Chileshe and Kaitlyn Watts will feature on day one to give the home crowd added interest and cheer on the home players. Chileshe will be up against Canadian David Baillargeon on the Trustpower Baypark Arena glass court whilst Watts will play Scotland’s Lisa Aitken at the Devoy Squash & Fitness Centre.

A total of five American players will be in action on day one, including an all-American clash between Timothy Brownell and Chris Gordon. USA Women’s No.3 Olivia Clyne will also feature as she takes on Australia’s Sarah Cardwell for a place in the last 16.

Glass court action from the Trustpower Baypark Arena will be streamed LIVE on SQUASHTV, whilst another glass court at the Devoy Squash & Fitness Centre will be shown on psaworldtour.com, starting from 13:00 (GMT+13).
