Hong Kong’s unseeded Leo Au pulled off his fourth shock win a row in the Buler Challenge Cup when he beat third-seeded Malaysian Kamran Khan in the final of the $6,000 PSA World Tour event.
Au, aged 20 and ranked 174 in the world, defeated Khan 13-11, 11-9, 11-3 in 50 minutes to win the first PSA Tour title of his career.
The new men’s champion can surely look forward to a significant rise in his PSA world ranking in the October list.
