PSA Budapest Open – Final: Preview & How to Watch Live

26 September 2024

We’ve reached finals day at the PSA Budapest Open, the second Copper event of the PSA Squash Tour season, with an all-English final set to take place in the Hungarian capital. Unseeded duo Jonah Bryant and Declan James have endured contrasting routes to the final but will face off for only the second time for the title.

James impressively scored a third successive five-set win in the event after beating Mohamed Abouelghar yesterday whereas Bryant needed only three games to see off returning compatriot Patrick Rooney, who was featuring in his first PSA event since January.

Bryant and James met earlier this year in the semi-finals of the Cannon Kirk Irish Open. The younger Englishman claimed a win on that occasion 3-1 in 64 minutes.

The final is set to commence at 19:00 (GMT+2) and will be available to watch live here. Live scores will also be available to follow here.
